Returns Policy
Moore Clocks offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on your product. If you are not happy with your product, return it in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping cost and insurance on product returns. International customers are responsible for all customs fees. Products will not be accepted if damaged during shipping due to inadequate packaging. A 10% restocking fee will apply to 30 day returns and shipping will not be refunded.
If your item is defective or incorrect, you may return it for a full refund and we will pay shipping charges. Your refund will be given once the product has arrived and has been inspected for any damage. Laser engraved items are non-returnable or refundable unless there is an error on the engraved plate.
If free shipping was offered and given on purchases it will be charged back to the customer and deducted in the event of a 30 day refund. We try our best to work with customers on returns and claims to solve any issues that may arise.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
